This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") explains the rules for using DealerService.ai. By using our Service, you agree to follow this policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

1. Permitted Use

DealerService.ai is designed only for legitimate automotive dealership service operations and/or automotive repair facilities. You may use the Service to:

• Create and send accurate vehicle repair estimates to your customers via SMS or email
• Obtain electronic customer approvals for repairs
• Maintain records of customer communications and approvals

2. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk messages without proper consent
• Send misleading, false, or deceptive repair estimates or pricing
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate customers
• Violate any laws, including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, or state telemarketing laws
• Use the Service on behalf of any dealership or entity other than the one you are authorized for
• Attempt to access, view, or modify another dealership's data, estimates, or customers
• Circumvent any security features, including passcode protections or rate limits
• Reverse engineer, copy, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or unethical purpose

3. Content Rules

All estimates, messages, and communications sent through DealerService.ai must:

• Clearly and accurately describe the repairs and pricing
• Include all required disclosures and opt-out instructions (especially for SMS)
• Not contain false or misleading information about pricing, urgency, or necessity of repairs

4. Customer Consent & Compliance

• You are solely responsible for obtaining proper customer consent before sending SMS or email messages.
• You must honor all customer opt-out requests immediately.
• You must communicate the 4-digit passcode securely and privately to the customer.

5. Enforcement

We reserve the right to:

• Monitor usage to ensure compliance with this AUP
• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy
• Report illegal activity to law enforcement when appropriate
